About the role
As a Data Analyst at Zimmer Biomet, you will play a crucial role in overseeing raw data, essential system jobs, and reporting frameworks to ensure the integrity and precision of data for the Global Central Statistical team. Your responsibilities will include: - Schedule, update, and monitor SAP IBP Jobs, collaborating closely with SAP IBP IT partners. - Troubleshoot system and reporting Break-fix with the IT and Data Science team. - Update Forecast Assignment and stats-related SAP IBP item master data. - Support ad-hoc data query needs for the team from databases like Oracle, Sybase, or Postgres. - Coordinate and facilitate necessary IT processes like BRD process for new/enhanced system features. Qualifications required for this role: - A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, or Supply Chain Planning. - Experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning system is a plus. - Moderate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and charts. - Comfortable working with numbers and data independently. - Experience with SAP ERP system, Data visualization tools, and data query tools. - Knowledge of AI/ML framework technology and coding skills like SQL, Python, and R is advantageous. - Strong communication, presentation skills, team spirit, and a willingness for self-learning and development. - Understanding of the medical device (Orthopedic) industry and business operations is a plus.
