Your expertise in Node.js code and understanding of other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, and Cognigy will be crucial in revolutionizing customer interactions through top-tier AI technology. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing chat systems using the Kore.ai platform - Utilizing expertise in Node.js code and understanding of other Conversational AI platforms - Revolutionizing customer interactions through top-tier AI technology Qualifications Required: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) - Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in software development - Expertise in the Kore.ai chatbot platform - Proven experience in Node.js, with a good understanding of other programming languages (i.e: Python) - Firm grasp on cloud-based application deployment - Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and associated technologies - Extensive experience with other Conversational AI platforms like Bot Framework, PVA, Cognigy (added advantage) - Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to adjust and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities (Note: This is a Contract-to-hire role (C2H).
