Senior Product Manager - Technical

As a Senior Product Manager at Zinnia, you will lead the Product Life Cycle and play a crucial role in the research & development activities for designing and developing products. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and contributing to the execution of product lifecycle processes for our Insurtech products/platforms. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met, evaluating product performance, and transitioning products from development to commercialization. - Leading technical discussions with Engineering teams and managing technical/business requirements effectively. - Assisting in determining product delivery and deployment dates for various releases and maintenance activities. - Mentoring and driving a team of Product Managers, acting as a technical consultant, and leading research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. - Ensuring alignment of technology and architectural roadmap with the product/business roadmap. - Acting as a customer liaison for technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements. - Managing product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development. You will need: - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including software/product design, development, and deployment analysis. - Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field. - Strong background as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment. - Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc. - Strong understanding of SDLC, technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems. - Experience in coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners. - Strong Communication skills, Problem-solving & Analytical thinking skills. - Ability to lead individual assignments and deliver with expertise. - Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and relevant tools usage. - Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional global team setup. - Experience in the Life & Annuity Industry is preferred, although not mandatory.
