Systems Administrator (Night Shift)

Play a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia software platforms. Solution Engineers interact directly with project leaders, business stakeholders, and may periodically interact directly with clients. Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to design and administer Linux / Windows based Middle Tier (Tomcat, Apache, WildFly, etc) solutions for Zinnia stakeholders. Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient solutions for Zinnia platforms.Participate in on-call rotations and/or provide after-hours (Odd and Night Shift) support.Provide guidance and escalated support to the Zinnia offshore teamConduct root-cause analysis as needed to the platforms and create improved standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guidanceProvide support on multiple Cloud Hosted environments using Cloud Technology. 1 to 3 years of experience in Managing middle-tier applications on hosted servers. Familiar on Middleware application performance monitoring using SNMP, JMX and any other monitoring tool (IPM, Nagios).Familiar on Middleware technologies Any of Wildfly/JBOSS, Tomcat, and Apache Web Server.Strong troubleshooting capabilities in Linux/Windows servers.Basic knowledge in AWS / Azure.Basic knowledge in DevOps Tools like Jenkins, Artifactory (JFrog), etc.Basic knowledge in Bash or Perl or Python script writing.Basic knowledge of Java Key Store Management.
