About the Role As Project Management Lead , you will own multi-workstream programs end-to-end — shaping program strategy, driving execution, and ensuring every engagement delivers against its business case. You will directly support the client in managing GCC operations, facilitating key initiatives, and enabling crisp communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment to strategic goals. This role is designed for a high-ownership program leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels — building governance mechanisms, removing roadblocks, and delivering predictable outcomes across complex, stakeholder-heavy environments. What You’ll Do Program Ownership & End-to-End Delivery Plan, execute, and monitor projects/programs to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive multi-workstream execution, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery stays aligned to the engagement’s business case. Proactively remove roadblocks, drive trade-offs, and ensure OKRs / outcomes are achieved. Program Governance & Executive Enablement Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing strategic insights, program governance, and operational support; build C-level trust quickly. Coordinate and streamline executive communication to ensure clarity, cadence, and effective dissemination across the organization. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executive meetings and external stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Serve as a liaison between the Head of the Center and other executives, teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and communication. Act as relationship manager between Zinnov and the customer; strengthen partnership through deep context and structured engagement. Project Artefacts, Reporting & Insights Build and maintain core project documentation (project plans, charters, RAID logs / risk registers). Create and present project dashboards, executive reporting, and actionable insights to stakeholders. Budget Support & Operational Visibility Assist in managing the budget, including tracking operational expenses and financial forecasting. Continuous Improvement, Change & Team Enablement Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives to enhance performance. Foster a “win-as-one” culture — mentor team members, share credit, and scale best practices across teams. What You Bring Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 4–10 years of experience in a project/program management role within technology or product development sectors. Strong experience in project management and executive reporting. AI-driven project experience is a bonus. Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to design and execute strategic initiatives and firm-wide programs. Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster strong business relationships. High adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities with tact and diplomacy. Strong stakeholder coordination across executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Desired Skills Familiarity with technologies / software products being developed at the center. Experience with Agile methodologies and software development cycles. Experience working closely with executive stakeholders on end-to-end transformation programs. Awareness of GCC ecosystem / experience as Program Manager or Chief of Staff for a GCC leader. AI-related industry knowledge and AI-tools experience.
