Lead BackEnd Engineer

As a Backend Developer, your role will involve developing RESTful APIs and Services in Django Python. You will collaborate closely with the Data Science team, utilizing your expertise in Python and R. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and taking ownership of various components of the product. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you work with the team to build, extend, optimize, and refactor the back-end architecture. Additionally, you will contribute to strengthening and improving development and release processes. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 6+ years of work experience in backend development. - Bachelor's degree in B-Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes. - Proficiency in Python is a must, with good experience in the Django framework. - Familiarity with NoSQL document databases, especially MongoDB. - Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Experience working in Linux, particularly Ubuntu. - Understanding of secure application development principles. - Proficiency in version control systems, especially GIT. - Knowledge of the entire web stack and its performance implications. - Experience in building highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant services. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest architectural trends. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
