Sr. NodeJS Developer Experience: 2-4 Years Location: Adajan, Surat (Onsite) Role Overview Must-Have Skills (Core Requirements) - Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js - Proven expertise in building REST APIs / backend services - Solid understanding of Express middleware architecture - Working experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB - Strong experience writing and optimizing complex MySQL queries - Good understanding of performance optimization and scalable backend design Deployment & Server Management - Familiarity with services like EC2, S3, Ubuntu server, basic monitoring and troubleshooting Great-to-Have Skills (Bonus) - Hands-on experience with React.js - Familiarity with Next.js (basic understanding is sufficient) - Integrate frontend with backend APIs - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) - Familiarity with Microservices architecture - Basic DevOps knowledge - Experience handling production support and server setup - Exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering concepts What Were Looking For - Strong problem-solving mindset - Code ownership and accountability for modules - Ability to work in a quick-paced team environment - Good communication and coordination skills - Ability to mentor junior developers on tasks - Experience conducting effective code reviews - Provide technical guidance to the team when needed Compensation: 30,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month Benefits: - Paid time off - Provident Fund Application Question(s): - Are you from Surat Experience: - Node.js: 2 years (required) - MySQL: 2 years (required) - Server Deployment: 2 years (required) Language: - English (preferred) Work Location: In person .
