Role Summary: Were seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore, helping shape the future of Identity Security and Governance with Zluri. In this role, youll create intuitive product experiences while working closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and delightful product experiences. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to explore, discover, craft, and develop, and deliver world-class user experiences. Lead user research initiatives, including customer interviews, usability testing, and validation sessions. Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct iterative testing to validate design solutions. Champion user-centered design principles across the organization Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery Drive design systems development and maintenance Analyze user behaviour data to inform design decisions. Use a data-driven approach, including qualitative and quantitative feedback loops. Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Qualification and Experience Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science). An MBA is a plus. Experience: 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Key Skills: Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Proven experience designing SaaS or enterprise products with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process, including user interviews, prototype discovery, design theory applications, interactive design, and showcasing mastery in design thinking. Proven track record of shipping complex enterprise products with delightful experience for administrators and end-user personas. Strong understanding and practical experience with dual-track agile methodology.
