Product Manager CMS (Non IT)

As a Product Manager - CMS at a Commercial Bank located in Lower Parel, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for the Product Management function for Collection products, including project management. Your key focus will be to ensure product maintenance, implementation, new rollouts, tracking sales, and other value additions while keeping the end customer in mind. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Operations, IT, and software vendors to ensure smooth functioning of all Collection products. - Manage vendors and arrangements to meet client requirements across different locations. - Support existing and prospective relationships across various segments like Corporate, Retail, SME, and AMRB for all CMS business products. - Monitor product budgets and targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Prepare business analytics and periodic MIS reports for the top management and Sales staff. - Conduct competitive analysis for product offerings and pricing of major competitors regularly. Provide market intelligence and track the latest developments in the product. - Coordinate with internal staff and departments, especially operations, to ensure adherence to processes, KYC guidelines, and regulatory circulars. - Ensure customer requirements are met by coordinating with relevant operations teams, such as CMS back-office, branches, and account opening team. - Drive new product rollouts from BRD to final scoping, test cases, UAT, and coordination with stakeholders until final rollout. - Track sales performance and collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targeted numbers. Qualifications Required: - Clear understanding of CMS products, processes, and compliance norms. - Ability to manage tasks effectively and drive results. - IT savvy with the capability to utilize technology for operational efficiency.
