Responsibility Percent of Time Access administration, troubleshooting, and resolving access issues in SAP ERP landscape.80% Customer focus and engagement. 10% Cross-functional collaboration. 10% Organizational Relationships Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will interact with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate. Work in conjunction with SAP Security Manager and execute security strategy across SAP ERP landscape. Understand business and functional requirements from ZTD/business stakeholders and assist in translating them into technical requirements. Be the primary point of contact for provisioning access in ERP environments for all end users. Education and Experience Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible). Education: Bachelor's Degree with experience in a technical or business field is required. Experience: 0-2+ years of experience in SAP security in a consultant role. Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g., SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) to produce an optimal solution for business. Technical Skills Requirements Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting of SAP security-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing any impact on business operations. Maintain SAP security roles and authorizations to enforce appropriate access controls. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand security requirements and translate them into effective SAP security configurations. Stay updated with the latest SAP security trends , industry best practices, and compliance regulations to enhance the security posture of the organization. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to SAP systems. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills . Rotational shift working hours are from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST .
