About the role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing dashboards to highlight trends, track performance against targets, and increase visibility into current operations across all geographic and functional areas. You will also be expected to: - Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify issues and proactively propose solutions. - Clean, organize, and prepare data from various sources for analysis and integration. - Develop data models that translate raw data into meaningful insights based on business requirements. - Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visual reports. - Document technical solutions and provide clear explanations for parameters, models, and relationships. - Implement technical enhancements to existing BI systems to improve functionality. - Provide support for initial testing, end user testing, hypercare, and solution deployment. Qualifications required for this role include an MSc or any postgraduate degree.
