About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for software development and system engineering, focusing on developing front-end features, writing tests, fixing bugs, integrating APIs, and ensuring the feasibility of UI/UX designs. Additionally, you will create system design and application software configurations, guide third-party development teams, and act as a technical lead on IT projects. Your role will also involve translating business requirements into innovative solutions, providing software and technology support, and offering subject matter expertise to IT disciplines. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into innovative solutions, system configurations, data design requirements, and data models - Provide Level 3 and 4 support for VMRD software and technology, assisting Level 1 and 2 teams with complex issues - Offer subject matter expertise to IT disciplines, vendors, and service providers, supporting IT project delivery with technical engineering expertise - Participate in defining long-term system strategies and roadmaps, providing technical effort estimates, and supporting financial evaluations of proposed solutions Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in IT or a related field with an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline - Experience in system design and development, including database and data modeling, exposure to large-scale programs, and proficiency in working with UI/UX designers - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, RESTful Design, Git, and unit testing - Technical writing skills for SDLC documentation, collaboration with teams across regions, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry being preferred Role Overview: You will be responsible for software development and system engineering, focusing on developing front-end features, writing tests, fixing bugs, integrating APIs, and ensuring the feasibility of UI/UX designs.
