Manager, SAP O2C Rebates & Chargebacks

ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.Develop, prototype, test, and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.Responsible for SAP Order to Cash, rebates & chargebacks and report to ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.Position ResponsibilitiesIn order of importance, the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the position are listed below. These percentages reflect approximate time allocation (total = 100%): Solution Design & Implementation 40%Rollouts of SAP Treasury modules. Ensure operational efficiency and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).Testing, Optimization, Compliance 20%Ensure Testing-Quality Assurance, Process Optimization-Automation, Reporting-Analytics, and Governance-Compliance.Integration and WRICEF Delivery 20%Proficiency in delivering WRICEF objects, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration and efficient integration with external systems for streamlined business processes.Team Leadership and Development 20%Lead and manage the team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
