Manager, SAP Treasury

As a SAP Treasury & Risk Management Functional Consultant at Zoetis ICC, your role will involve implementing various projects and enhancement requests within the SAP Treasury and Risk Management and Cash Management space. You will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, creating a governance framework, and executing transformation strategies aligned with Zoetis' treasury and financial goals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-to-end solution designs across SAP Treasury and Risk Management and Cash Management modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. - Design a robust governance framework and document detailed SOPs for front-office, middle-office, and back-office treasury operations, defining roles, responsibilities, and data flows aligned with treasury policies. - Develop and implement strategies for process enhancements such as bank rationalization, operating model optimization, cash pooling, In-House Banking, and cash forecasting. - Partner with banking institutions and internal stakeholders to define and execute Treasury transformation and architecture strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Identify and resolve issues promptly within SLA guidelines and provide ongoing business user support. - Lead and support the team to uphold high-quality deliverables. Qualification Required: - Master's/bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting - Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualification required - 12+ years overall SAP experience, including 6+ years in Treasury, Risk, and Cash Management - Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA Treasury greenfield implementation - Proficiency in Money Market, Forex, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Finance, Exposure and Hedge Management - Experience integrating with systems such as FXALL, Finastra, DTCC - Knowledge in FSCM, BAM, BCM, and In-House Banking - Proven experience leading business process workshops and performing Fit/GAP analysis - Hands-on experience with incident/change management and project documentation tools Additional Details: - Regular working hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift) - Additional overlap with the EST time zone may be required during production go-live This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Treasury & Risk Management Functional Consultant to contribute to Zoetis' treasury and financial goals through solution design, governance framework creation, and transformation strategies.
