Product Analyst, SAP Reporting & Analytics

As a member of the Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to driving transformative advancements in the animal healthcare industry. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues worldwide to provide technical support and develop reporting solutions using SAP BW4/HANA, Datasphere Embedded Analytics, and SAC. Key responsibilities include: * Providing technical support to resolve reporting-related issues and incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing problem resolutions. * Configuring and customizing reporting solutions to align with specific business needs, including data format mapping and process orchestration. * Creating and maintaining technical documentation such as design documents and user guides. * Conducting testing activities to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of BW solutions. * Demonstrating a strong understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems, cloud technologies, and proficiency in data modeling and SQL scripting. * Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational goals. * Working with implementation partners and development team members to deploy and maintain reporting solutions effectively. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to: * Problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues (20%) * Demonstrate proficiency in SAP BW4/HANA and Datasphere (40%) * Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions that drive business success (25%) * Adhere to reporting standards, continuous improvement, and best practices (15%) You should possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, along with strong experience in Python and the ability to learn existing business processes quickly. Furthermore, you are required to have excellent communication skills, customer management abilities, and a strong problem-solving mindset. The regular working hours for this position are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (ICC Second Shift), with occasional overlap with the EST time zone during production go-live.
