Senior Analyst - SAP Order to Cash Pre-PGI

Position Title:SAP O2C Pre-Delivery Process Lead Location: Zoetis ICC, Hyderabad, India Position SummaryZoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Global ERP organization is a key building block within ZTD, encompassing enterprise applications and systems platforms to support Zoetis' operations. The SAP O2C Pre-Delivery Process Lead will be an integral member of the ZICC SAP Commercial Services team, responsible for managing the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Pre-Delivery process. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to design and implement SAP solutions, ensuring they are optimized for stability, usability, and functionality to meet business objectives. The position will support regions such as EMEA and APAC, and report directly to the ZICC Product Expert. Key ResponsibilitiesO2C Pre-Delivery Process Management:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and design SAP solutions.Act as an internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solutions, working closely with business partners.Develop, prototype, test, and implement improvements to the SAP O2C Pre-Delivery process to ensure stability, usability, and functionality.Configure SAP document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls, and intercompany processes within the O2C framework.Configure pricing conditions, access sequences, output determination, partner determination, and GATP processes.Implement O2C functionality and integrate with SAP modules such as MM, FICO, PP, Vistex, Salesforce, Hybris, and third-party SAP modules.Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements in international markets.Provide occasional support to the AMS team for high-priority issues, offering solutions for complex challenges.Documentation & Optimization:Maintain and update technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency.Position ResponsibilitiesResponsibilityPercent of TimeCollaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement SAP solutions for O2C Pre-Delivery.25%Configure and implement O2C functionalities and integrations with SAP modules (MM, FICO, PP, Vistex, etc.).35%Deliver solutions for local statutory requirements in international markets.15%Provide high-priority issue support and troubleshooting for AMS team.15%Engage in performance tuning and reengineering of integrations to optimize efficiency.10% Organizational RelationshipsInteract with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Participate in project planning, risk assessments, and scheduling for SAP projects.Collaborate with external vendors and partners providing services to integrate with SAP systems.Work closely with implementation partners to deploy, configure, or maintain integrated solutions in the Zoetis IT landscape.Coordinate with developers and team members to implement solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 5-7+ years of SAP O2C experience, including participation in multiple full life cycle implementations.Experience in the life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.Familiarity with SAP HANA, Vistex, CRM, Hybris, and Salesforce is preferred.Strong understanding of commercial processes, order management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes.Experience with S/4HANA transformations, large-scale project implementations, and migrations.Knowledge of Rebates, Revenue Recognition, Account Determination, Ser Position Title:SAP O2C Pre-Delivery Process Lead Location: Zoetis ICC, Hyderabad, India Position SummaryZoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock.
