Interacting with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that reporting solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the client's IT landscape. Provide technical support for SAP Data Management, specifically in areas like Business Partner (BP- Supplier/customer), Material Master (MM) and MDG-F. • Monitor tickets progress, ensuring that deliverables are met according to the SLA. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Conduct weekly meetings with MDG to understand any pending issues or any process improvements. • Identify areas for process improvement and optimize existing SAP MDG processes. Suggest process automation and enhancements in master data governance. • Work closely with GPOs, MDM Team, ZFS Team, to ensure master data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and standards. • Support the configuration and customization of MDG solutions according to business needs. • Strong understanding of SAP MDG, ECC, and S/4HANA environments. • Troubleshoot data issues, analyze root cause, implement permanent corrective actions to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Flexible to work non-standard hours when needed for projects and/or where deadlines dictate. Percent of Time (sum of responsibilities should equal to 100%) Manage SAP Business data in conjunction with Global SAP Data management team 40% Technical expertise and proficiency in SAP ECC, MDG. Effectively design, develop, and implement solutions for MDG that meet the needs of the organization and drive business success 40% Adherence to development standards, Continuous improvement, and best practices 20% Education and Experience Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible). Education: Bachelor's or Master's in business management, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: SAP experience of 5+ years. Understanding of Functional Configuration for MDG which includes Data modelling, UI Modelling, Process Modelling, and Replication Scenarios. Knowledge of shared service type/centers of excellence operations preferred. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. Customer focus with familiarity with managing helpdesk ticket requests. Experience in a global pharma environment. Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, in some cases under constrained timelines with demanding circumstances. Technical Skills Requirements Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable to the position. Complete understanding on MDG process, over the standard objects, MM, BP, and FI. Functional experience on key MDG areas, Data modeling and Process Modeling. Understanding of S/4 HANA and how it integrates with MDG. Familiarity with business process (like MM, SD, and FI) and where MDG is used in these processes. Ability to collect the requirement and execute as per client needs. Ability to maintain the knowledge base to have a single point, where all the resources can be referred to. Testing and execution of new projects. Ability to communicate with key stakeholders, technical teams and users, to provide a clear understanding of MDG. Physical Position Requirements Note the physical conditions in which work will be performed, if applicable to the position. Examples: Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, ability to travel, drive, unusual attendance requirements, weekend work, or travel requirements, etc. Regular working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (ICC Second Shift). Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
