Position Title: SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Solution Architect Location: Zoetis ICC, Hyderabad, India Primary Purpose This role is responsible for architectural design, aligning SAP best practices in solutioning, assessing impact, ensuring design consistency, and overseeing integration across all areas of the Order to Cash (O2C) process. The position will involve fostering effective collaboration with business leaders and ERP teams to drive solutions that align with Zoetis' strategic business objectives. The role also includes engaging in performance tuning and process optimization to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Responsible for the architectural design and integration of SAP Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring alignment with Zoetis' business requirements and best practices. - Govern the consistency and quality of ERP solutions (SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA) by understanding business processes, information needs, and collaborating with ERP team members. - Identify, propose, and drive solution options that support Zoetis' strategic business objectives and align with the company's future roadmap. - Work closely with SAP tower leads and ZTD business partners to maintain and publish the SAP solution roadmap. - Oversee the entire SAP Order to Cash processes and report to the ZICC Product Owner. - Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency. - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance, while acting as a custodian of the global template. Support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of current platform and process capabilities.30%Network within IT and business environments, identifying potential initiatives and engaging business stakeholders to contribute to the overall process transformation %Governance of Support, Quarterly Releases, and Delivery Solution Design related to Commercial processes.20%Participate in assessment efforts for all relevant commercial processes. Ensure solutions comply with Sox and other regulatory requirements.20% Organizational Relationships - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. - Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects. - Work with external vendors or partners providing software or services integrated with SAP systems. - Coordinate with implementation partners responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining SAP solutions. - Collaborate with other architects to enable integrated solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges. Education and Experience Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: - 12+ years of combined SAP Order to Cash (O2C) experience with multiple full life cycle implementations, including at least 3 years in functions such as TM, EWM, GATP, Vistex, Hybris, or GTS. - Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceuticals industry is preferred. - Domain expertise in commercial processes, order management, and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes. - Solid understanding of indirect sales processing. - Knowledge and experience with Bio Device, Diagnostics, and service processes, as required to support team leads. - Experience with key integration areas such as Planning, Intercompany Sales, Finance, and Logistics. - Demonstrated experience in large-scale IT projects, including project management, operational service delivery, and SAP implementation. - Experience with S/4HANA transformations is a plus. Technical Skills Requirements - Ability to propose and implement technology solutions to build and maintain optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support reporting requirements. - Hands-on experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in areas including: - Master Data, Equipment, Material Serial Profile, Functional Location, and Warranties. - Service Notification and Service Order. - Sales Order ATP Process. - Resource Related Billing (RRB), Periodic and Milestone Billing. - Customer Leasing and integration with Finance. - Variant Configuration knowledge is a plus. - Integration with CRM tools such as SFDC. - Experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and guiding ABAP developers. - Expertise in the following SAP SD module areas: - Pricing, Vistex, Rebates & Chargebacks. - Taxation (Country-specific). - Order Management, Services Management. - Billing, Account Receivables, Deduction, and Collection Management. - EDI, Batch Management, Serial Number Management.
