About the role
As a Senior Technical Advisor / Technical Support Engineer, your role involves providing enterprise-level support for ERP systems. You will be responsible for ERP implementation, client support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: * Handle day-to-day ERP client issues * Provide remote support through calls, emails, chats, and tickets * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently * Manage and update support tickets in a timely manner * Ensure timely issue closure and client satisfaction * Escalate complex issues to internal teams for resolution Required Skills: * Proficiency in ERP and Technical Support * Strong communication skills * Excellent problem-solving ability * Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively * Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Accounting, and SQL Interested candidates can share their resumes at: career@zorder.in In addition to the job description, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
