Technical Lead - Java Full Stack Development

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred). - 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and for Frontend React js. - Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices. - Optimize existing code and identify opportunities for performance improvement. - Develop and maintain SQL queries and database schema designs. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bit Bucket for automated testing and deployment. - Test and debug applications using tools like Postman and your preferred Integrated Development Environment (IDE). - To deploy and manage services, utilize cloud platforms such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Spanner, Big Query, Redis, and MongoDB. - Work closely with front-end developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of services. - Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of backend services. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Write efficient and maintainable code that meets high-quality standards.
