Software Test Engineer Position - JD 1 Key Responsibilities Design and write clean, high-quality test cases that thoroughly verify product functionality. Conduct manual testing for systems, networks, applications, databases, and software. Write and manage test cases, test plans, and bug reports using JIRA Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Log and document errors in the tracking system. Prepare reports to communicate test outcomes and quality findings. Draft and maintain Quality Assurance policies and procedures. Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent. Experience of testing Windows/Desktop based application is must. +2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Software Test Engineer Position - JD 2 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Windows-based applications using Ranorex or similar tools. Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites. Execute both automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Write and manage test cases, test plans, and bug reports using JIRA. Conduct manual testing for Windows desktop applications. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Log, track, and verify defects; perform root cause analysis and regression testing. Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
