QA & Testing Intern Zudu AI Chennai (on-site) |6 months About Zudu AI Zudu AI is an enterprise AI voice automation platform. Our voice agents handle real customer calls for enterprise clients across India and APAC. Here, a bug is not a broken button. It is a dropped call or a wrong answer to a live customer. Testing is a core function, not an afterthought. What You Will Do Own functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across voice agents, chat widget, dashboards, and APIs Run load and stress tests on telephony and API infrastructure (concurrent calls, latency under load) Investigate issues using Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics; trace failures through logs to root cause Test multilingual voice conversations (Tamil, English, Hindi) for accuracy, latency, and flow Use AI tools (LLM-based test generation, transcript analysis, log summarization) to speed up test design and bug triage File explicit, reproducible bug reports with severity, steps, and evidence Must Have Hands-on testing experience on at least one real, live app or product (internship, project, or freelance), preferably serving Indian users Working knowledge of load testing tools: JMeter, k6, Locust, or similar Comfortable reading logs and metrics in Grafana and Prometheus Solid debugging instinct: can isolate whether a failure is frontend, API, infra, or model behavior before escalating API testing basics (Postman or similar), solid grasp of HTTP, status codes, REST Based in India, able to work from our Chennai office Positive to Have Exposure to voice/telephony or real-time systems (SIP, WebRTC, streaming) Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for test automation Familiarity with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, pytest) and CI pipelines Who Thrives Here You break things on purpose.
