Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, your role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying ML models that can leverage multiple signal sources to build a personalized user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify potential data science applications. Additionally, you will contribute by conducting opportunity analysis, building project proposals, and designing and implementing ML projects in areas such as Ranking, Embeddings, Recommendation engines, and more. Collaboration with software engineering teams is essential to design experiments, implement models, and create new features. It is crucial to clearly communicate technical details, strategies, and outcomes to a business audience. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy ML models leveraging multiple signal sources - Identify potential data science applications in collaboration with business stakeholders - Conduct opportunity analysis, build project proposals, and implement ML projects in various areas - Collaborate with software engineering teams to design experiments, implement models, and create new features - Communicate technical details, strategies, and outcomes effectively to a business audience Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science using techniques such as regression, classification, NLP, etc. - Previous experience in model deployment, model monitoring, optimization, and model interpretability - Expertise with Random forests, Gradient boosting, KNN, Regression, and unsupervised learning algorithms - Experience in using Neural Networks like ANN, RNN, Reinforcement Learning, or Deep Learning - Solid understanding of Python and common machine learning frameworks such as XGBoost, scikit-learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow - Outstanding problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically - Technology-driven mindset with up-to-date knowledge of digital and technology literature and trends - Knowledge of Experimentation and Basic Statistics - Experience in Predictive Analytics Please Note: The Job Description does not contain any additional details about the company.
