Director of Product Management - Agentic AI

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product Management - Agentic AI to lead our B2B SaaS and Enterprise product portfolio, with agentic AI as the central pillar of our innovation strategy. This strategic leadership role will define the product vision, strategy, and execution for a new generation of autonomous, agent-driven enterprise solutions, while building and mentoring a high-performing product management team. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to bring intelligent, autonomous agents to market that solve complex enterprise challenges and drive significant business growth. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI-powered B2B SaaS and Enterprise solutions, aligned with company vision and emerging market opportunitiesOwn the end-to-end strategy, development, and launch of autonomous, multi-step AI agents from use-case identification and agent architecture decisions through to GA launch and scaleDefine the product vision for agent orchestration, tool-use, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring agentic products are reliable, safe, and enterprise-readyLead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and customer obsession around agentic and AI-native product designDrive product discovery through deep customer engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and data analytics to identify high-impact opportunities for agentic automationCollaborate closely with engineering and AI/ML leadership on LLM selection, agent frameworks, evaluation methodology, and guardrails, balancing innovation with technical debt and delivery excellencePartner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches, adoption, and revenue growth of agentic productsEstablish product metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks specific to agent performance (task completion, accuracy, autonomy level, cost-to-serve) to measure success and inform strategyPresent product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for the agentic AI portfolio to executive leadership and the board of directorsChampion customer-centric product development by maintaining close relationships with key enterprise customers piloting and adopting agentic solutionsDrive pricing and packaging strategies for agent-based products (e.g., outcome-based, consumption-based, seat-based) that maximize value capture while ensuring competitive positioningStay ahead of the rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape foundation models, agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, and emerging standards (e.g., MCP) to maintain product leadership Required Qualifications 10-13 years of product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing product teamsHands-on experience building, launching, and scaling Agentic AI products autonomous agents, multi-step reasoning systems, copilots, or LLM-based decision-making tools from 0 to 1 and beyondProven track record of building and scaling successful B2B SaaS or Enterprise software products from conception to market leadershipStrong point of view on agent architecture and design tradeoffs: orchestration patterns, tool/function calling, memory and context management, evaluation, and safety/guardrailsDeep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and complex stakeholder management, particularly for emerging AI/agentic categoriesStrong technical acumen with the ability to partner closely with engineering and applied AI/ML teams on architecture and technical decisionsDemonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth and market share gainsExperience managing cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority across all organizational levelsExcellent analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools, A/B testing, agent evaluation frameworks, and data-driven decision makingOutstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex agentic AI concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience with agile methodologies, modern product development frameworks, and AI-native product management tools Preferred Skills Direct experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), or Model Context Protocol (MCP) and similar emerging standardsExperience in high-growth SaaS or AI-native companies, ideally with products that shipped autonomous or semi-autonomous agent capabilitiesTrack record of successful product launches in competitive, fast-moving AI and enterprise marketsExperience with API-first products, platform strategies, or multi-product/multi-agent We are seeking
