About the role
Position : Executive (Senior Scientific Assistant)
/ Sr. Executive (Research Associate)
Department : Pilot Plant
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E (Chemical)
Reports to : Department head
Location : Ankleshwar, U-2
Ø Ø To perform all process operations as per BMR Ø Ø To clean all equipment’s as per cleaning SOP, Procedure and PCR
Ø Ø Segregation of the raw materials, packing materials, intermediates in the manufacturing storage areas.
Ø Ø Operate the equipment’s but not limited to, like reactor, filtration equipment, dryers, powder processing equipment
-Ø Ensure completion of performance qualification /verification of the equipment as per the requirement.
Ø Ø To ensure that the completed batch records are submitted back to QA for review and archival. Ø Ø To comply the review observations by QA in the batch records.
Ø Ø To verify the equipment and areas before line/area clearance activities and witness the clearance.
Ø Ø Generation of the in process and other status labels and affixing the same as per defined procedure.
-Ø Any other assignments given by HOD as per business requirements.
