About the role
As the Global Digital Workplace Product Owner - Mobility & macOS at Orbia Corporation, your role is crucial in ensuring the strategic ownership, governance, and lifecycle management of endpoint services related to mobile devices and Apple macOS devices across all regions and business groups. Your responsibilities include defining hardware and software standards, developing service roadmaps, overseeing endpoint management platforms, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and governance requirements. You will also serve as the global subject matter expert for Mobility and macOS services and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver modern workplace solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain the global macOS service strategy, configuration standards, and technology roadmap. - Identify emerging technologies and enhancements to improve user experience, security, and operational efficiency. - Design and implement endpoint lifecycle management processes. - Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and related solutions. - Establish global hardware and software standards for macOS devices. - Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and subject matter expertise. - Own the global mobility service strategy, standards, and development roadmap. - Evaluate and implement new capabilities to improve service delivery and optimize costs. - Design and manage mobile device lifecycle processes. - Administer and support mobility management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, and others. - Develop and maintain global device configuration and deployment standards. - Communicate planned service changes, roadmap updates, and operational impacts to stakeholders. - Partner with leadership and business groups to align endpoint services with organizational objectives. - Monitor service performance, usage, licensing, and operational costs. - Coordinate and manage relationships with global hardware, software, and managed service providers. - Collaborate with various teams to design and implement secure workplace solutions. Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: - Proven experience in endpoint management, mobility solutions, and digital workplace technologies within a global enterprise. - Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and MDM platforms. - Experience managing Apple macOS environments at scale. - Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management. - Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers. Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Intune certifications. - Jamf certifications. - ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification. - Experience supporting logistics mobility solutions and ruggedized devices. - Experience in global enterprise transformation or workplace modernization programs.
