Support existing enterprise systems while planning and implementing future technology solutions. Design and maintain secure, scalable integrations between SaaS applications using APIs, automation, and workflow technologies. Implement and support AI-powered tools and solutions to improve business operations and employee productivity. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through cloud technologies and AI capabilities. Location: Bangalore Mode of Work: Hybrid Experience: 5–10 Years Shift timings: 12.00pm to 9.00pm Key Focus Areas: Enterprise AI Platforms. SaaS Application Integration (APIs & Automation). SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview Data Classification / DLP Administration & Design. Microsoft 365 Cloud Services. Jira & Confluence Administration. Security, Compliance & Governance. Business Process Automation & Productivity Enhancement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Enterprise AI Platforms. Strong experience with SaaS Application Integration (APIs & Automation). Experience working with Atlassian cloud stack including JIRA and Confluence administration. Understanding of Jira/Confluence add-ons and integration workflows. Strong experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python or Bash). Strong experience working with M365 core collaboration stack of applications Experience working with agile methodology. Experience working with ServiceNow.
