As a Data Analyst at Zypp Electric, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing urban mobility through sustainable electric solutions by leveraging your expertise in data analytics. You will be responsible for identifying trends and growth opportunities, developing best-practice reports, and assessing internal systems for efficiency and accuracy. Your insights and strategies will drive continued growth and innovation for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify trends and growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of complex data sets. - Evaluate organizational methods and provide specifications for data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Develop best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques. - Assess internal systems for efficiency and accuracy, implementing protocols for data handling and processing. Daily and Monthly Tasks: - Collaborate with management to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights. - Proactively analyze data to address stakeholder inquiries and identify areas for improvement. - Create and maintain interactive visualizations to facilitate data interpretation. - Define and implement data acquisition and integration strategies for scalability and performance optimization. - Develop and maintain databases, acquiring data from primary and secondary sources. - Maintain knowledge of data suppliers' business and recent developments. - Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external data suppliers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Application, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in data handling and team management. - Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is essential. - Proficiency in technical writing, including queries, reports, and presentations. - Strong advanced Excel skills, with the ability to adapt to other analytical tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
