ABOUT THE ROLE We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our customers and are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring robust security measures, and leading cost optimization efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and maintenance of our infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our services. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications and manage scalable deployments in a microservices architecture. Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate and manage cloud resources efficiently. Drive cost optimization initiatives to ensure efficient use of cloud resources while maintaining performance and reliability. Establish and maintain security best practices, including conducting regular penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. Work closely with the development team to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that can improve efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles. Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. Proven experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices. Experience with security practices, including penetration testing, and knowledge of security tools and methodologies. Demonstrated ability in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of engineers. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
