Technical Lead .NET, Azure & React

You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to ensure impactful and high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will define and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, troubleshoot technical issues, and support release management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions. - Define coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows. - Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. - Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability, security, and performance. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role. - Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, Azure Technologies, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server (T-SQL), and Git. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
