About the role
As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect in this role, your responsibilities include: - Building standard out of the box or custom solutions based on fitment recommendations, including major/minor enhancements and greenfield implementations. - Adhering to best practices such as code version control, environment and release management procedures. - Keeping up to date with Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions. - Liaising directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse, and resolve enhancement, project, and support related requests and incidents. - Owning end-to-end requests and incidents, including UAT coordination and change implementation activities. - Maintaining application-related support and knowledge documentation as required. - Working closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and various IT and business stakeholders. - Adhering to company and project standards and guidelines. - Accurately managing time and reporting your own work. - Ensuring quality, on-time delivery of agreed deliverables. - Driving the adoption and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences. - Architecting and designing scalable and robust AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms. The required Solution Architecture Skill Set for this role includes: - Expertise in designing solutions, delivering end-to-end transformations, including B2B & B2C experiences, Information Management (Integration and Data Architecture), and Multi-Cloud Strategy & solutions on Salesforce platform. - Ability to develop high-quality solution artifacts, such as a high-level end-to-end Solution Architecture document. - Experience in working collaboratively with different stakeholders to enable decision-making and create solutions that meet implementation objectives. - Designing integration patterns for external or third-party applications like SAP. - Proficiency in Salesforce, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and designing solutions for automation or integration with 3rd party systems. The required Technical Architecture Skill Set for this role includes: - Producing low-level design for tech leads and developers that adheres to both high-level end-to-end and low-level design. - Reviewing work of Technical Delivery teams and guiding/troubleshooting when necessary. - Hands-on experience and understanding of the Salesforce platform for large-scale implementations. - Specialization in simplifying existing implementations, Apex reduction/optimization, Data Model Optimization, and UI simplification. - Proficiency in Lightning Development, Lightning Web Component Framework, APEX classes & Trigger framework, APEX REST/SOAP APIs, and Low Code and Pro Code methodology. - Proficiency in Service Cloud Voice, New-gen Omni Channel, Digital Engagement, Conga Documentation, and DocuSign integration. Additionally, you must possess the following competencies: - TOGAF Certified or any equivalent Enterprise Architecture Certification. - Salesforce Certified Architect (Application and System Architect Certification). - Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist & Agentforce Innovator Badge. - Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation skills. - Complex problem-solving skills. - Design Thinking Mindset. Considerations for this position include: - ~14+ years of experience in Salesforce. - ~6 Month Contract. - Locations Pan India. - Work from office. - Monday to Friday working. Screening Criteria: - Experience in designing solutions, delivering end-to-end transformations, B2B & B2C Experiences, Information Management, Multi-Cloud Strategy & solutions on Salesforce platform. - Ability to develop high-quality solution artifacts. - Ability to produce low-level design for tech leads and developers. - Hands-on experience & understanding of the Salesforce platform for large scale implementations. - Specialization in simplifying existing implementations.
