Required Skills Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies: Oracle Testing Pega Testing SAP Testing (Any Module) Salesforce Testing Workday Testing Worksoft Automation Delphix Test Data Management (TDM) ServiceNow Testing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ITIL / Non-Production Environment Support Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing for enterprise applications across multiple platforms. Design, prepare, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Validate business processes, workflows, and integrations within enterprise applications. Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End Testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Support automation initiatives wherever applicable. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and testing best practices. Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and project documentation. Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application Testing. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working on Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Pega, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms. Knowledge of automation testing frameworks will be an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. Willingness to work from any of the listed locations.
