The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. The candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences. ️ Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Conduct user research and understand customer requirements Translate business requirements into engaging design solutions Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly Improve existing designs based on user feedback and usability insights Maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years or 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research Hands-on experience with design tools such as: Figma Adobe XD Sketch (Preferred) Experience creating: Wireframes User journeys Prototypes UI mockups Strong knowledge of responsive design principles Understanding of web and mobile design patterns Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile Creative mindset with strong visual design skills Ability to balance user needs with business goals Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
