Deputy Manager – SAP B1 Support Location: Kolkata CTC: Up to 10 LPA Experience: 4–5 Years Role Overview We are seeking a Deputy Manager – SAP B1 Support to manage, maintain, and optimize SAP Business One (SAP B1) operations for a leading kidswear brand. The role involves ERP support, production portal integration, troubleshooting, reporting, user training, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations across Production, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Finance, and Quality modules. Monitor and support integration between the Production Portal and SAP B1. Troubleshoot system issues, transaction errors, and portal-related challenges. Gather business requirements and coordinate ERP enhancements and customizations. Liaise with SAP B1 vendors for debugging, upgrades, implementations, and support. Develop and maintain SAP queries, Crystal Reports, MIS reports, and dashboards. Manage user roles, authorizations, and access controls. Conduct UAT, prepare documentation, and support new feature rollouts. Train end users on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and backup procedures. Required Skills SAP B1 Support & Administration ERP Implementation & Enhancement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Crystal Reports & MIS Reporting User Support & Troubleshooting Production Portal Integration Vendor Coordination Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. SAP B1 Certification will be an added advantage. 4–5 years of hands-on SAP B1 support experience. Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows.
