About the role
We are looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer to join our team at 360 Degree Cloud Technologies (P) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP technology and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Design, implement, and maintain VoIP networks and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VoIP infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of VoIP solutions. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure high availability. Conduct regular audits and performance testing to optimize VoIP network efficiency. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and end-users. Job Requirements Strong understanding of VoIP protocols and technologies such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP. Experience with VoIP gateways, SBCs, and other related equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
