ADAS Verification & Validation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an ADAS Verification & Validation Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in embedded systems and automotive validation to support one of our direct clients in Dearborn, Michigan . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about automotive technology, ADAS systems, and vehicle communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze system and functional requirements from Ford specifications and clarify technical questions when needed

Develop detailed test cases based on functional requirements

Automate test cases using CAPL / Python scripting and available test libraries

Identify failures, raise defects in JIRA , and support re-testing until resolution

Participate in weekly review meetings and provide project status updates

Support project process activities and shipment coordination

Assist with new hardware procurement and validation activities as required

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Embedded Systems

Knowledge of Vehicle Communication Protocols such as:

CAN

Ethernet

LIN

Programming knowledge in:

C

Python

or similar scripting/programming languages

Experience with test automation and validation processes

Good hardware understanding and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics Background Only)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in ADAS / automotive embedded systems

• Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work in a collaborative onsite engineering environment

• Passion for automotive innovation and embedded system validation
