The client is on the fence about two candidates we sent because they aren't Appium-focused:
"Both profiles have Appium knowledge, but we are trying to find profiles who are more mobile automation focused. We would like to get some profiles if that's possible with specifically focused on Mobile automation." – Hiring Manager
Must be an expert on mobile app automation using Appium – will be coming in to teach the team so needs to know everything about writing test automation for iOS and Android Apps (using Appium and Java). If this person is questionably lite on this on their resume, please hold on sending. We need resumes that scream 'Mobile App Automation Testing using Appium'.
