Ok- same with this one. They are looking for top notch comm skills and targeting English has a first language because of their past history with lack of communication skills. We will have to do a live SparkHire with each candidate we consider.

They have to be a USC and language as a first language. They appear to be contract to hires too.

The kicker, they need to be familiar with the tech stack, pass background and drug screen, do a Sparkhire with me, provide references, and the last 2 people they had interest in were Marc and Timothy. Needs to fall in line with that. English as a first language only.

1. SQL Studio Manager (SSMS), Postman API Tester, SQL, Playwright– Automation (new tool for elevate), Cucumber Plugin's (not required), Selenium (not required), Visual Studio (required), Strong QA Knowledge, DevOps Testing Tools, Azure.

They need to have done this work in an Azure environment and Devops. Playwright– Automation (new tool for elevate) is ideal or they need to be somewhat familiar.

Location/Environment:

Remote

Vacation/Remote working = not permissible

Laptops are to be secured at all times, no travel allowed with laptop

Must be ready at all times to have camera ON while working

MUST have a quiet, dedicated space for remote work with strong internet connection. Cannot have background noise or any other distractions.

Working Hours:

Mostly 7:30 AM – 5 PM CT with ability to flex more as required.

Overtime must be approved in advance

Do not exceed 8 hours/day unless approved by supervisor.

Doctors appts, sick, travel – ALL must be communicated at least 24-48 hrs. in advance at a minimum.

Employment/Misc:

Communication + Clarity have to be EXTREMELY good. Big issue in the past. Very proficient in English Language

Can NOT be working other engagements. This must be their only source of employment.

Position Title: Azure Quality Assurance Analyst

Description:

The Azure Quality Assurance Analyst works within our application development team planning, executing, and completing initiatives along the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This individual has excellent skills with the development of scripts and use case scenarios for testing software for the web, and any other technology platforms being utilized. The Azure Quality Assurance Analyst is excellent with collaboration concerning product managers, software development, architects, and the company leadership, ensures the highest quality products are delivered to customers and strategic partners.

The Azure Quality Assurance Analyst takes technical ownership of testing in alignment with the Quality Assurance methodology. To be successful in this position, you must display the ability to learn and adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment and must have a keen attention to detail, work well with others demonstrating initiative.

Responsibilities

1. Sets and maintains the quality standards for demonstrating working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology (processes, and deliverables).

2. Works with the process and application teams to identify and close the gaps concerning IT-Quality issues as well as developing and providing metrics for monitoring purposes and continuous improved sustainable success.

3. Sets and maintains the standards for innovation and initiative for conceptualizing, documenting, and communicating solutions concerning IT-Quality issues in general as well as to meet PHI and Internal\External Audit requirements.

4. Sets and maintains excellent guidelines on projects to ensure and verify that IT-Quality standards and procedures, as part of the SDLC process, are properly implemented, documented, and followed.

5. Initiates, develops improves and reviews Quality Assurance documentation for accuracy, feasibility, consistency, and completeness.

6. Initiates, applies, improves, reviews and provides examples for IT-Quality standards to project deliverables.

7. Sets and maintains the methodology for Planning, Facilitating, and Participating in working sessions with cross-functional resources.

8. Develops and executes initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and tools for IT-Quality purposes utilized by the cross-functional teams, as well as Compliance and Internal \ External Audit teams.

9. Develops, proposes, reviews improved project deliverables to align with strategic IT-Quality standards.

10. Creates and delivers articulate and effective oral presentations to a variety of audiences, large or small, internal, or external.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications AND Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

2. Ten or more years' experience with a formal SDLC lifecycle, experience with testing SQL, XML, or basic programming knowledge\skills.

3. Ten or more years' experience in Business Process Design \ Software Testing.

4. Excellent experience creating SDLC deliverables (Requirements, Functional Design, and Test Requirement Specification documents).

5. Excellent proven drive and professional QA background.

6. Excellent ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

7. Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills, test data and use case development in addition to troubleshooting skills required.
