Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling digital assets for web, mobile, email, and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams, developers, and stakeholders to create user-focused designs.

Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.

Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with UI/UX and digital design principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Financial Services or Banking domain.

• Experience with prototyping and interaction design.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
