The Mass Health Connector is looking for an EDI Integration Specialist
Must be onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA – this is a must
Must have either State Agency experience or Health Insurance Exchange.

Responsibilities

Document and maintain integration documentation and process flows, where applicable, that can be used for implementation.

Liaise with third party vendors and agency cross functional SME's to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution.

Serve as an EDI implementation SME and flag any risks and remediation steps to the project management team

Facilitate and perform integration testing with multiple upstream and downstream parties, including planning, environment management, issue tracking and resolution.

Work with the cross functional project leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.

Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.

Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.

Minimum 5 years of integration implementation experience including EDI

Former local, state, federal government experience preferred

Experience with State Based Marketplaces and Health Insurance Carriers preferred

Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel and Visio
