EDI Integration Specialist

The Mass Health Connector is looking for an EDI Integration Specialist

Must be onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA – this is a must

Must have either State Agency experience or Health Insurance Exchange.

Hours / Shift: Monday –Friday 9:00 to 5:00 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain integration documentation and process flows, where applicable, that can be used for implementation.

• Liaise with third party vendors and agency cross functional SME's to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution.

• Serve as an EDI implementation SME and flag any risks and remediation steps to the project management team

• Facilitate and perform integration testing with multiple upstream and downstream parties, including planning, environment management, issue tracking and resolution.

• Work with the cross functional project leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.

• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of integration implementation experience including EDI

• Former local, state, federal government experience preferred

• Experience with State Based Marketplaces and Health Insurance Carriers preferred

• Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel and Visio
