Overview:

Client is looking for an experienced End-to-End Testing Analyst to lead comprehensive testing efforts for enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce and Oracle-related platforms. This role ensures the quality, functionality, and performance of critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution; End-to-End Testing; Defect Management; Test Data Management; Performance Testing; Documentation

Plan and execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing

Manage and track defects using industry-standard tools

Create and maintain test data and documentation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business workflows

Conduct performance testing and contribute to automation strategies

Ensure the quality and functionality of applications by conducting comprehensive testing, including functional, integration, and system testing, with a focus on Salesforce and Oracle-related systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Deep experience in end-to-end testing for Salesforce and Oracle applications

Strong SQL skills

Familiarity with Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and Oracle DB

Experience using test management and defect tracking tools

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Exposure to test automation frameworks (bonus)

Functional:

Proven experience in end-to-end testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Oracle applications.

Technical:

Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), and Oracle databases.

Operational:

Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.

Defect Management: Experience using defect tracking tools and managing defect lifecycles.

Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Automation: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (a plus).
