Hardware Technical Support Analysts

Qualifications

• • 5+ years of experience working Open systems hardware, SAN Storage Arrays and associated cabling infrastructure systems, network and Mainframe.

• • Solid understanding of Open systems and SAN storage hardware topologies and architecture.

• • Experience working in large scale, critical 24/7 Data Center Environments.

• • Experience with problem determination of cabling infrastructure and hardware repair across multiple hardware platforms
