Help Desk Technician (Hybrid – Paramus, NJ)
Looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide front-line IT support for staff and end users.
This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite in the Paramus, NJ area, 2 days remote). Candidates must be within driving distance of Paramus, NJ and have reliable transportation (not commutable by public transit).
Experience required:
- 2–5 years of Help Desk / IT Support experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in a professional services or client-facing environment preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/IS (or equivalent experience)
What You'll Do
- Provide daily support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices * Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Word), and iManage (preferred not required) * Support video conferencing technologies (Teams, Zoom) * Maintain and track IT equipment inventory * Document all support activity in the ticketing system * Travel occasionally to support other offices and buildouts
