Key Responsibilities

Lead IAM services and define policies, standards, and controls.

Build and mentor a high-performing security team.

Partner with IT, application, and business leaders to align IAM practices with organizational needs.

Champion advanced identity models such as RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and Zero Trust.

Manage budgets, resources, and service levels while advancing IAM capabilities.

Oversee major IAM projects, ensuring on time and secure delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security, risk, or IT, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.

• Proven ability to present complex IAM/security concepts to executives and business stakeholders.

• Strong experience creating and executing strategic security plans.

• Familiarity with IAM platforms, cloud identity providers (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity), and directory services (AD, LDAP).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Preferred Expertise

• Experience with identity governance tools (e.g., SailPoint).

• Knowledge of API security and federated identity (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

• Understanding of PKI and encryption services.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ITIL.
