Job Description:

This is a Level 3 (L3) support role focused on managing and maintaining the Unified Communications (UC) collaboration environment. The analyst acts as a technical SME for platforms like Microsoft Teams, Skype, Mattermost, and Symphony, handling critical escalations, production changes, and infrastructure deployments. The role blends application support, incident/problem/change management, and cross-team collaboration in a high-pressure enterprise setting

Required Skills:

2–4+ years with Microsoft UC tools (Teams, Skype), 3+ years with Mattermost and Symphony

2+ years with PowerShell or Python for automation and diagnostics

Strong experience with performance monitoring and root cause analysis

Solid understanding of AD, SQL, Linux, networking, and telephony

Familiarity with incident/change/problem management, ideally with ITIL certification

Excellent verbal/written skills and ability to interface with vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, etc.

Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
