About the role
Manages all activities necessary to enable NYPA to anticipate, prevent, and respond to technology interruptions including related contingency planning while unifying technical resources in the event of service disruptions or operational risks. Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of a Business Resiliency Recovery Program including disaster recovery planning, risk assessment, testing, and ongoing process improvement.
