Lead Performance Tester – Oracle Renaissance

Position Title: Lead Performance Tester – Oracle Renaissance

Location: Atlanta or Duluth, GA (Hybrid) Category: Technology | Engineering

Responsibilities

• ● Design and execute end-to-end performance testing strategies for Oracle Fusion

• (Finance, HCM, and SCM modules) and supporting systems

• ● Build test plans, test scripts, and performance benchmarks aligned to GPC's business

• goals and SLAs

• ● Use tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Oracle Cloud native monitoring to simulate

• load and evaluate system performance

• ● Monitor system metrics and identify performance bottlenecks across the application,

• integration, and infrastructure layers

• ● Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and business

• stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and recommend performance improvements

• ● Maintain performance test environments and coordinate test data requirements

• ● Support production load testing during critical releases and participate in go/no-go

• decisions

• ● Provide regular performance health reports and trend analysis across releases

• ● Ensure test coverage across hybrid cloud deployments, including Oracle Fusion

• SaaS, middleware, and legacy system integrations

Qualifications

• ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent

• experience)

• ● 6+ years of performance testing experience, ideally in enterprise-scale environments

• ● 3+ years of experience testing Oracle Fusion (preferred: Finance and HCM modules)

• ● Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g.,

• LoadRunner, JMeter, Oracle AWR/ASH reports)

• ● Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud environments with integrated SaaS and on-prem

• systems

• ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts is a plus

• ● Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills

• ● Ability to manage test cycles across global teams and multiple time zones
