Requirements

• IT Network and End User Computing Support.

• Experience monitoring/maintaining network systems including voice and data network.

• Experience installing and troubleshooting network hardware/connectivity.

• Experience in troubleshooting and incident resolution process.

• Experience providing managed services and fulfilling Service Request and Incident from the 1st or 2nd Level Support via ServiceNow for the locations specified by Client.

• HUET Certified
