Job Title: Cardiology Implementation Consultant (PACS Imaging)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Nationwide (Extensive Travel Required)
Travel: Up to 100% Travel to Client Sites Across the U.S.
Job Summary
is seeking experienced Cardiology Implementation Consultants to support multiple healthcare client go-live implementations across the United States. This role is ideal for credentialed healthcare professionals with strong Cardiology PACS/Imaging experience who can provide on-site implementation support, end-user training, issue resolution, and workflow optimization during critical go-live events.
The consultant will work closely with clinical staff, application teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of cardiology imaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site go-live support for cardiology imaging system implementations.
Deliver refresher training and workflow guidance to physicians, technologists, sonographers, and clinical staff.
Assist healthcare users with system adoption and best practices during implementation.
Identify, document, troubleshoot, and escalate application or workflow issues as needed.
Collaborate with implementation teams, project managers, and technical support personnel to resolve production issues.
Validate workflows and ensure successful deployment of cardiology imaging solutions.
Document support activities, issues, resolutions, and implementation progress.
Support multiple client sites nationwide throughout various implementation phases.
Maintain excellent customer service while working in fast-paced healthcare environments.
Travel extensively to healthcare facilities across the United States.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting Cardiology PACS or Cardiology Imaging implementations.
Hands-on experience providing go-live support within healthcare environments.
Experience delivering end-user training and workflow support.
Ability to troubleshoot application, workflow, and user-related issues during production support.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) throughout the United States.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Change Healthcare Cardiology PACS or imaging solutions (strongly preferred but not required).

Previous healthcare software implementation or clinical application deployment experience.

Experience supporting enterprise imaging, PACS, or cardiovascular information systems (CVIS).

Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT)
