Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA 02108

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Support the E&M Policy, Strategy, and Oversight Office (PSO) in establishing safety critical functions

• Investigations: Implement an E&M internal investigations process

• Codify the internal investigation process including identifying thresholds and communication with regulatory authorities

• Perform investigation activities including root cause analysis, corrective actions management, and communication of findings

• Coordinate with key stakeholders on investigation activities (MBTA Safety, E&M Department Leaders)

• Corrective Actions: Implement tools for the management of regulatory corrective actions in E&M

• Develop workflows that integrate corrective actions from multiple sources into one workflow

• Develop tools that support efficient and effective management of corrective actions

• Audits: Develop Safety Assurance Activities

• Develop department wide safety assurance plans for OSHA programs

• Develop supporting documentation for Safety Assurance activities, including schedules, checklists, and key metrics

• Coordinate with key stakeholders in E&M for developing and implementing safety assurance plans

• Support the Director by contributing to projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
